I provide counseling and consulting to adults, couples, adolescents, businesses, and the legal community. I specialize in short and long-term counseling & psychotherapy through my virtual portal, for: Depression – stress – anxiety – relationships – work/career – low self-esteem – anger – phobias/OCD – bereavement – self-development – Substance Abuse – ADHD & Behavior issues – School problems – Disabilities.

I have over 20 years of experience in Mental Health, and hold licenses in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Vermont (and provide services in these areas), as well as the, National Certified Counselor (www.nbcc.org) distinction. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including: General Outpatient Concerns, Marital/ Couple Counseling, Substance abuse, children and adolescents.

In addition to my Clinical Experience, I have had had numerous university and corporate speaking engagements on issues of Healthcare Business Development, and have developed, consulted with and managed dozens of health and human services enterprises nationwide and in the Caribbean. I am experienced working with clients in high stress professions / roles, & specializing in Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP’s).
